    By hiring a portable toilet from Fiordline Campers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Usage

    • The portable toilet is for private, personal use only during your hire period.

    • It must be used in accordance with instructions provided (supplied at collection or via email).

    • Do not flush any items other than toilet paper provided (e.g. no wipes, nappies, sanitary products).

    2. Cleaning & Return

    • The toilet will be provided clean, sanitised, and pre-filled with toilet chemicals.

    • You are responsible for keeping the toilet clean during your hire.

    • Upon return, the toilet must be:

      • Emptied

      • Rinsed out

      • Returned in a clean condition

    • A £100 cleaning fee will be charged if returned unclean or unemptied.

    3. Damage or Loss

    • You are liable for any damage, misuse, or loss of the portable toilet during your hire.

    • A charge of up to £100 may apply if the toilet is damaged beyond repair or not returned.

    4. Replacement Items

    • Toilet chemicals and paper are included for short trips.

    • Additional chemicals can be provided on request for an extra charge.

    5. Refund Policy

    • Portable toilet hire is non-refundable once the van has been collected.

    • If you cancel your toilet hire at least 48 hours before collection, you will receive a full refund.

    6. Agreement

    By hiring the portable toilet, you acknowledge:

    • You’ve read and understood these terms

    • You agree to return the toilet in the condition provided

    • You are responsible for its use, care, and hygiene
